Welcome to the Berman Family Blog

Welcome to the Berman Family Blog! Why a blog? Ultimately, times have changed. It seems that many of our connections with friends and family are limited by distance or simply, busy lives. A blog would serve the purpose of staying in touch. It is something that I, Shauna, have tried to set up using other avenues in the past, but was not thrilled with the results. Why now? I’ve become a regular blog reader. I have a couple of friends that have active blogs and thought this would be a great way to keep everyone informed of what is going on in the Berman Family. After setting this up, I realized how easy it was and decided it was worth launching the blog to make an honest attempt of keeping in touch. You wonder if Shauna will be the only one posting. Well the answer is, I hope not. Bruce seems some what interested and I hope he will help out with postings from time to time. Especially when our new Baby Boy joins the family in November. Did I mention that we were having a boy? Surprise… Samantha is excited about the baby; however she still says the baby is a girl. To the extent that at the ultrasound, she even told Dr. Moran that the baby was a girl, not a boy.

I hope you will enjoy the posts. Remember, you can contribute as well. If you already have a google account, it is easy to post a comment. If not, it is free and it only takes a minute to set up a login and password to post your comments. Be sure to save the link to the blog so you can visit from time to time with updates. Until next time, I hope to add more elements and pictures soon, so be sure to check in.

For now, a few recent pictures to get you started. I hope to hear from you soon.

Samantha enjoyed visiting the residents at mommy's work for the Ice Cream Social or what she called, the "Ice Cream Party" She was real excited that Nancy was working that day!

She had to help mom for a while, but stopped in the middle of her hard work to pose for this picture. Her prize, her very own sundae! Believe it or not, she didn't even finish it.

We even helped clean up by collecting balloons after the event. The picture is a little dark, but you get the picture.
